The Board of Control in Circket in india (BCCI) Annoced mini IPL in september Shashank manohar to present the idea of
mini ipl and bcci have approved that and annoced to start from September.
A Mini IPL or an overseas IPL which have 8 teams and will be held over just a two week period in setember every year.
mini IPL complate with in two week they should able to complete it.
Mini IPL series will play in USA and Dubai in September.
