ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has hired Carl Crowe, bowling coach, headquartered in the UK for the next round of the bowling action of Pakistan Mohammad Hafeez versatile.
Crowe began working with Hafeez during the warm-up team against Worcestershire, confirmed PCB.
Bowling coach worked with spinner Sunil Narine West Indies, who later withdrew his bowling action test of the International Cricket Council (ICC).
PCB hopes to Hafeez removed before the one-day series against England. Hafiz will fill a significant gap on the all-round, which is vacant after the resignation of Shahid Afridi.
Hafiz, last year, was banned from bowling for 12 months after its actions were deemed illegal for the second time in November 2015.
Former Pakistan captain was initially reported after the first test against New Zealand in Abu Dhabi, in the same month and later was banned after an independent review found an illegal action.
